Mary and her team made planning our destination wedding in Jamaica so stress free! The flexibility of multiple ways to book (phone, email, website) made booking so easy for our 50 guests, and definitely took the headache away from us so we could focus on the wedding itself. Mary and her team were kind and patient through multiple people needing to update reservations. They were also able to keep all of our nerves under control when we faced the uncertainty of the aftermath of Hurricane Melissa. They were able to work with each guest to make sure they had exactly what was needed. They acted so quickly when a guest missed their flight to help update their travel itinerary, which saved me and the guest a world of stress. They also truly went to bat for a guest who had to cancel last minute due to medical issues, and worked with the resort for a refund and stayed persistent until a resolution was met. Mary and her team truly went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them to anyone planning a destination wedding!!
